Maurice Alberto 'Mo' Rocca (born January 28, 1969) is an American humorist, journalist, and actor. He gained recognition as a correspondent for The Daily Show from 1998 to 2003, where he showcased his unique brand of humor. Rocca continued his satire work as a correspondent for The Tonight Show with Jay Leno from 2004 to 2008. In addition to his comedy career, Rocca has contributed his talents as a correspondent for CBS Sunday Morning and as the creator and host of the Cooking Channel's My Grandmother's Ravioli. He has also hosted The Henry Ford's Innovation Nation on CBS. Rocca is well-known for his role as the moderator of the National Geographic Bee from 2016 to 2019. He is currently the host of the CBS News podcast Mobituaries with Mo Rocca and a regular panelist on the radio quiz show Wait Wait... Don't Tell Me!
