Moira Kelly is an American actress known for her roles in various movies and TV shows. She gained recognition for her portrayal of Kate Moseley in the 1992 film The Cutting Edge and as Karen Roe on the teen drama One Tree Hill. In addition, Kelly played Donna Hayward in Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me, Mandy Hampton in the first season of The West Wing, and the voice of Nala in The Lion King. She also appeared in the film Chaplin as Hetty Kelly and Oona O'Neill. Born on March 6, 1968, in Queens, New York, Kelly was raised in Ronkonkoma, New York, and comes from a musical background with her father being a trained concert violinist.
