Mona Grudt

Mona Grudt (born April 6, 1971) is a Norwegian television presenter, model, editor, and beauty queen. She gained international recognition when she was crowned Miss Universe in 1990, becoming the only Norwegian to hold this prestigious title. Grudt impressed the judges with her interview and swimsuit performances, winning all three segments of the semi-finals. As a publicity stunt, she humorously referred to herself as 'The beauty queen from Hell' due to her birthplace, the village of Hell in Norway. During her reign, Grudt appeared in an episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation as Ensign Graham. She also had the honor of accompanying Bob Hope on his USO tour as the last Miss Universe from Europe to complete her reign successfully.
