Monica Barbaro (born June 18, 1990) is an American actress known for her roles in films such as The Cathedral (2021), Top Gun: Maverick (2022), and At Midnight (2023). She has also appeared in leading roles in TV series including UnREAL (2016), Chicago Justice (2017), The Good Cop (2018), and FUBAR (2023). Barbaro was born on June 18, 1990, in San Francisco and grew up in Mill Valley, California. She studied ballet and completed a degree in dance at New York University Tisch School of the Arts. After graduating in 2010, she pursued acting and gained attention for her lead role in the short film It's Not About the Nail (2013).
