Monica Louwerens

Monica Renee Louwerens is a Canadian-American actress and beauty queen, born on October 27, 1973, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. She gained recognition by competing in the Miss America pageant and representing Mississippi as Miss Mississippi 1995. During the pageant, she showcased her vocal talent with a performance of 'Vanilla Ice Cream' from the musical 'She Loves Me.' Louwerens holds a BA in English and Theater from Wesleyan University, where she graduated with honors in May 1995. She is known for her role as Angela Fairweather in the Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue series.
