Morgane Polanski

Morgane Polanski (born 20 January 1993) is a French-Polish actress best known for her role as Princess Gisla in the History Channel series Vikings. She is the daughter of renowned Polish filmmaker Roman Polanski and French actress Emmanuelle Seigner, and has a younger brother named Elvis. Polanski grew up bilingual, speaking French and Polish. She attended the International School of Paris and later studied acting at the Drama Centre London and Central School of Speech and Drama, graduating in 2014. Polanski made her credited acting debut in her father's film The Pianist (2002) and went on to appear in Oliver Twist (2005) and The Ghost Writer (2010). In addition to her film work, she appeared in the British independent film Unhallowed Ground (2015) and began her role as Princess Gisla on Vikings.
