Moshe Kasher

Moshe Kasher (born July 6, 1979) is an American stand-up comedian, writer, and actor. He gained recognition for his comedic talent, and in 2009, he was named 'Best New Comic' by iTunes. Kasher has released several comedy albums, including 'Everyone You Know Is Going to Die, and Then You Are!' which ranked among the top 20 on iTunes. In addition to his stand-up career, Kasher is also a writer and author, known for his 2012 memoir 'Kasher in the Rye.' Born in Queens, New York, he later moved to Oakland, California, where he grew up in North Oakland's Temescal and Piedmont Avenue neighborhoods. Kasher's experiences as the son of deaf parents and his work as a sign-language interpreter have contributed to his unique perspective on life.
