Myha'la Jael Herrold is an American actress born on April 6, 1996. She gained recognition for her portrayal of Harper Stern in the British television drama, Industry. Prior to her breakthrough role, Herrold primarily acted in theater productions, including a touring production of The Book of Mormon. She has also appeared in the comedic horror film Bodies Bodies Bodies as the character Jordan. In 2023, she starred in the Black Mirror episode 'Loch Henry'. Herrold was born and raised in San Jose, California, and attended Archbishop Mitty High School and Carnegie Mellon University School of Drama, graduating in 2018. Her mother, Susan, worked as a salon owner, and her father is of Jamaican descent. Myha'la made her television debut with the financial drama series, Industry, playing the character Harper Stern.
