Naima Mora

Naima Mora is an American fashion model and winner of Cycle 4 of America's Next Top Model. Born on March 1, 1984, in Detroit, Michigan, she is the daughter of jazz vocalist Theresa Mora and jazz percussionist Francisco Mora Catlett. Naima's paternal grandparents were Mexican muralist Francisco Mora and sculptor, painter, and printmaker Elizabeth Catlett. Her dynamic personality inspired her grandmother to create a black marble bust named Naima. With her unique heritage blending Mexican and African-American ancestry, Naima has made a name for herself in the fashion industry and achieved success as a model.
