Nancy Frangione (July 10, 1953 – August 18, 2023) was an American soap opera actress. Born in Barnstable, Massachusetts, Frangione graduated from Barnstable High School in 1971. She made her soap opera debut in 1977, playing the role of Tara Martin on All My Children. Frangione gained recognition for her portrayal of the scheming villainess Cecile DePoulignac on Another World from 1981 to 1984 and won the 1st Soap Opera Digest Awards for Outstanding Villainess in 1984. She reprised the role multiple times and also appeared in other soap operas including One Life to Live. Frangione made appearances on nighttime television series like The Nanny, Highway to Heaven, Matlock, and Buck Rogers in the 25th Century. She was married to her Another World co-star Christopher Rich from 1982 to 1996.
