Nancy Travis

Nancy Ann Travis (born September 21, 1961) is an American actress known for her work in film and television. She began her career in Off-Broadway theater before landing her first leading role in the ABC television miniseries Harem alongside Omar Sharif. Travis gained recognition in 1987 when she played Sylvia Bennington in the comedy film Three Men and a Baby, and later reprised the role in its sequel, Three Men and a Little Lady. Throughout her career, she has appeared in numerous films, including Internal Affairs, Air America, Passed Away, Chaplin, So I Married an Axe Murderer, Greedy, and Fluke. Travis has also made notable television appearances in sitcoms such as Almost Perfect and Work with Me, as well as the ABC miniseries Rose Red. From 2011 to 2021, she starred as Vanessa Baxter in the ABC/Fox sitcom Last Man Standing.
