Natalie Zea (born March 17, 1975) is an American actress known for her performances on television. She started her acting career in theatre and gained recognition for her role as Gwen Hotchkiss on the NBC soap opera Passions (2000–2002). Zea's breakout role came as Karen Darling on the ABC primetime soap opera Dirty Sexy Money (2007–2009). She has made numerous guest appearances on TV shows and starred in independent and made-for-television movies. Zea had recurring roles on The Shield, Hung, Californication, and The Unicorn. From 2010 to 2013, she starred as Winona Hawkins in the crime drama series Justified. She also played Claire Matthews in the Fox drama series The Following. Zea was cast as Mickey Holmes-Harris in the ABC dramedy series Members Only.
