Natasha Rothwell (born 1980) is an American writer, actress, and comedian. She gained recognition as a writer on Saturday Night Live (SNL) during the 2014-2015 season. Rothwell has made significant contributions to the HBO television series Insecure, where she serves as a writer, series regular, and supervising producer. In addition to her work on Insecure, she is developing, writing, and executive producing another show for HBO, in which she will also star. Rothwell joined other writers in firing their agents in support of the Writers Guild of America's stand against the Association of Talent Agents. Her company, Big Hattie Productions, has recently struck an overall deal with ABC Signature. In 2022, she received a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for her outstanding supporting actress performance in HBO's The White Lotus.
