Nathan Ross Jackson, born on June 4, 1979, is a former American football tight end and writer. He played college football at Menlo College and went on to spend most of his professional career with the Denver Broncos from 2003 to 2008. Injuries forced Jackson to retire in 2009. After his playing days, he became a football commentator for the New York Times and various online publications, leveraging his personal experiences as a player.
