Nathalie Boltt (born July 19, 1973) is a South African actress, director, and writer. She gained recognition for her roles in popular TV shows such as Riverdale and District 9. Boltt began her acting career in her native country, starring as Joey Ortlepp in the SABC 3 drama Isidingo from 2001 to 2004. Besides acting, she has also directed television and film projects. Since 2017, she has portrayed the character Penelope Blossom in The CW's teen drama series Riverdale. Boltt is a graduate of Rhodes University and currently resides in Vancouver, Canada, and Los Angeles. In addition to her on-screen work, she has lent her voice to various characters, including DottyWot in the New Zealand children's series The WotWots.
