Nathalie Emmanuel

Nathalie Joanne Emmanuel (born 2 March 1989) is a British actress known for her roles in various film and television productions. She began her acting career in the late 1990s, appearing in West End theatre productions such as The Lion King. Emmanuel made her on-screen debut in 2006 as Sasha Valentine in the soap opera Hollyoaks. She then went on to appear in several British television series before landing her breakthrough role as Missandei in the HBO series Game of Thrones. Emmanuel has also appeared in films such as Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials, Furious 7, The Fate of the Furious, and Army of Thieves. Born in Southend-on-Sea, England, Emmanuel has a diverse heritage, with her mother being Dominican and her father being of Saint Lucian and English descent.
