Nathan Anderson

Nathan Anderson is the founder of Hindenburg Research, a New York-based investment management firm. He was reported to be 38 years old in early 2023. Anderson grew up in Connecticut and attended an Orthodox Jewish day school. He holds a degree in international business from the University of Connecticut. In addition to his financial career, Anderson worked as an ambulance driver in Israel between March 2004 and January 2005. He has earned two professional certifications in the finance industry, the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Anderson began his career at FactSet Research Systems Inc.
