Nathan Purdee

Nathan Purdee (born August 6, 1950) is an American actor, best known for his roles in popular soap operas. He was born in Tampa, Florida and grew up in various locations due to his father's career in the United States Air Force. After attending high school in Denver, Colorado, Purdee gained prominence for his portrayal of mobster-turned-private investigator Nathan Hastings on the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless from 1984 to 1992. He then moved to New York and played the role of District Attorney Hank Gannon on the ABC soap opera One Life to Live from 1992 to 2003. Purdee currently resides in Easton, Pennsylvania.
