Nathaniel Curtis

Nathaniel Curtis is a British actor born on December 29, 1990. He gained recognition for his portrayal of Ash Mukherjee in the Channel 4 drama series It's a Sin (2021). Curtis was raised just outside Bournemouth and comes from an English and Indian heritage. He studied acting at East 15 Acting School in Loughton, Essex, graduating in 2014. Following his graduation, Curtis faced a five-year hiatus without acting jobs. In 2019, he played Romeo in the Fuller's Brewery's Shakespeare in the Garden theater series, which received a nomination for an Offie award. He also appeared as Ferdinand, Alonso, and Trinculo in the subsequent year's production of The Tempest. Curtis's notable role as Ash in It's a Sin has garnered acclaim. The series, developed by Russell T Davies, premiered in 2021 on Channel 4 in the UK and HBO Max in the United States. Additionally, Curtis emerged as the winner of the 2021 Great British Bake Off Christmas Special, showcasing his baking skills.
