Naya Rivera

Naya Marie Rivera (January 12, 1987 – July 8, 2020) was an American actress, singer, and model. She began her career as a child actress and model, appearing in national television commercials. At the age of four, she landed a role on the CBS sitcom The Royal Family (1991–1992), earning a Young Artist Award nomination at age five. Rivera gained fame for her role as Santana Lopez on the musical comedy-drama series Glee (2009–2015), receiving critical acclaim and various awards, including a Screen Actors Guild Award. She also received nominations for two Grammy Awards. Throughout her career, she had recurring television roles and guest spots.
