Ned Porteous Biography
Edward Graham Porteous, born on July 7, 1994, is an English actor. He gained recognition for his roles as Mark Fowler Jnr in the BBC soap opera EastEnders (2016) and Joe Tate in the ITV soap opera Emmerdale (2017–2018). Porteous hails from Buckinghamshire and attended John Colet School in Wendover. He further pursued his passion for acting by enrolling at Tring Park School for the Performing Arts and later graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Acting from the Guildford School of Acting in 2015. Porteous made his debut on the BBC drama Holby City and later portrayed Mark Fowler on EastEnders. In Emmerdale, he played the character Tom Waterhouse, whose true identity was revealed to be Joseph.
