Neil Anthony Morrissey is an English actor, voice actor, businessman, narrator, and presenter. He was born on July 4, 1962, in Stafford, England. Morrissey is best known for his role as Tony in the popular TV show Men Behaving Badly. He has also appeared in other notable acting roles, including Deputy Head Eddie Lawson in Waterloo Road, Nigel Morton in Line of Duty, and Rocky in Boon. Additionally, Morrissey has lent his voice to various cartoon characters in the original UK version of Bob the Builder, including Bob, Roley, Lofty, Mr. Angelo Sabatini, Mr. Fothergill, Farmer Pickles, and Scruffty.
