Neil Sandilands

Neil Joseph William Sandilands (born May 1, 1975) is a South African actor and filmmaker. He has appeared in various film and television roles, showcasing his versatility in filmmaking. Sandilands gained recognition for his recurring roles as Paco in Sundance TV's Hap and Leonard (2016) and as Titus in The CW's The 100 (2016). In 2017, he joined the main cast of The CW series The Flash, portraying the character Clifford DeVoe / The Thinker. Sandilands began his acting career in South Africa, notably playing Bart Kruger in the television series 7de Laan from 2000 to 2007. After working on several Afrikaans films and engaging in production work, he returned to Hollywood in 2014.
