Nestor Serrano

Nestor Serrano (born November 5, 1955) is an American film and television actor. He gained recognition for his role as Navi Araz, an Islamic terrorist, in the fourth season of the TV series 24. Serrano has also appeared as Emilio Loera in the fourth season of the Cinemax series Banshee. With a background in off-Broadway plays, Serrano began his acting career in the late 1970s. He is often cast as authority figures on both sides of the law. Serrano has appeared in supporting roles in films such as Lethal Weapon 2, Bad Boys, and The Insider. His extensive television credits include appearances in shows like Homeland, Blue Bloods, and Law & Order and its spin-offs.
