Neta Riskin (born October 28, 1976) is an Israeli actress and journalist. She gained recognition for her role as Giti Weiss in the popular series Shtisel. Riskin also provided language coaching to Natalie Portman for her role in A Tale of Love and Darkness, helping her speak Hebrew with an Israeli accent. Born in Tel Aviv, Israel, to secular Jewish architect parents, Riskin's father was a Holocaust survivor from Lithuania. Her grandfather, Asher Gliberman, was an architect who immigrated from Belarus. Riskin has appeared in various films and TV shows, including A Tale of Love and Darkness, Norman, Damascus Cover, and Shtisel, among others.
