Nick Hancock
Nick Hancock is an English actor and television presenter, born on October 25, 1962. He is best known for hosting the sports quiz show They Think It's All Over for 10 years. Hancock also presented Room 101 on TV from 1994 to 1999, as well as its earlier radio version from 1992 to 1994. He grew up with three elder sisters and received his education at Yarlet School in Staffordshire and later Shrewsbury School. Hancock studied at Homerton College, Cambridge, where he became a member of the Footlights and collaborated with Hugh Dennis and Steve Punt. After graduating, he worked as a PE teacher and pursued stand-up comedy. Hancock formed a double act with Neil Mullarkey, performing satirical spoofs of television show title sequences.
