Nick Park

Nick Park is an English animator and filmmaker known for creating popular characters like Wallace and Gromit, Creature Comforts, Shaun the Sheep, and more. Born on December 6, 1958, Park has been nominated for six Academy Awards and has won four, including for films like 'Creature Comforts' (1989) and 'Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit' (2005). He has also received five BAFTA Awards, including Best Short Animation for 'A Matter of Loaf and Death'. Park's 2000 film, 'Chicken Run', is the highest-grossing stop motion animated film. In 2012, he was featured on the iconic cover of The Beatles' 'Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band' album, celebrating British cultural figures.
