Nicholas Anthony Vallelonga, born on September 13, 1959, is an American actor, filmmaker, and screenwriter. He is renowned for co-writing and producing the critically acclaimed film Green Book, which earned him two Academy Awards for Best Original Screenplay and Best Picture. Vallelonga also received two Golden Globe Awards and the PGA Award for Best Film for his contributions to Green Book. Apart from his success with Green Book, he has directed several films including In the Kingdom of the Blind, the Man with One Eye Is King, Choker, and Stiletto. Vallelonga has an extensive acting career with minor roles in notable films like The Godfather, Splash, Goodfellas, and Prizzi's Honor. He made his screenwriting debut with Deadfall and continues to pursue his passion for independent filmmaking.
