Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan is an Australian actress and model, born on May 10, 1981. She gained popularity for her portrayal of Laurie Mitchell in the TV series Chosen (2013) and Pepper Steiger in the Australian soap opera Neighbours (2006-2007). Prior to her acting career, Whelan hosted various shows such as Coxy's Big Break, Beyond the Boundary, and Melbourne Woman. She also played the fictional celebrity Chrissie Grant on Russell Coight's Celebrity Challenge. Whelan has been the face of Shepparton, a rural Victorian city, and hosted night racing at Moonee Valley for eight years. She has been featured in magazines like FHM, Ralph, and Inside Sport. In addition, Whelan has actively supported sustainable transport and environmental initiatives.
