Nicole Scherzinger, born Nicole Prascovia Elikolani Valiente on June 29, 1978, is an American singer, songwriter, dancer, actress, and television personality. She gained fame as the lead singer of the Pussycat Dolls. Scherzinger began her acting career at the age of 14 and studied musical theatre at Wright State University. She dropped out to pursue a music career and toured with the band Days of the New. Scherzinger found success with the girl group Eden's Crush, formed through The WB's Popstars. After taking on acting roles, she became the lead singer of the Pussycat Dolls. Scherzinger has since released two solo albums and appeared as a judge on various television shows.
