Nicole Houston Reed, born on May 17, 1988, is an American actress known for her role as vampire Rosalie Hale in The Twilight Saga (2008–2012). She gained recognition for her work in the 2003 film Thirteen, where she played a lead role and co-wrote the screenplay. Reed received critical acclaim for her performance, earning an Independent Spirit Award for Best Debut Performance and multiple nominations. Born in West Los Angeles, California, to Cheryl Houston and Seth Reed, she has an older brother and a younger half-brother.
