Noam Jenkins is a Canadian actor best known for his roles as Jerry Barber on Global's Rookie Blue and Aiden Pearce in the video game Watch Dogs. Born in Paris, France, to Canadian parents, Jenkins moved to Toronto at a young age. He gained recognition for his minor role in the film Extreme Measures, starring Hugh Grant and Gene Hackman.
