He is renowned for his fusion cuisine, combining traditional Japanese dishes with Peruvian ingredients. One of his most famous creations is the black cod in miso. With restaurants bearing his name in various countries, Nobu has established a global presence in the culinary world. In addition to his culinary career, Nobu has also made small appearances in three major films.
