Nobu Matsuhisa Biography
Nobuyuki Matsuhisa, known as Nobu, is a Japanese celebrity chef and restaurateur born on March 10, 1949, in Saitama, Japan. He is renowned for his fusion cuisine, combining traditional Japanese dishes with Peruvian ingredients. One of his most famous creations is the black cod in miso. With restaurants bearing his name in various countries, Nobu has established a global presence in the culinary world. In addition to his culinary career, Nobu has also made small appearances in three major films. Raised by his mother after the untimely death of his father, Nobu's early travels exposed him to different cultures and inspired his philanthropic efforts later in life to address poverty and hunger through his business ventures.
