Nondumiso Tembe
Nondumiso Tembe (born December 15, 1987) is a South African actress, singer, songwriter, dancer, and writer. She is best known for her roles in popular Hollywood television serials such as NCIS: Los Angeles, True Blood, Castle, and Six. Tembe was born in Durban, South Africa, to opera singers Linda Bukhosini and Bongani Tembe. At the age of 10, she returned to South Africa after spending her childhood in the United States. Tembe studied musical theatre at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts in Theatre from New York New School University. She also holds a master's degree in Political Science. Tembe gained early experience in opera and theater in New York and achieved success in the stage play Annie upon her return to South Africa.
