Octavio Pisano

Octavio Pisano is an Italian Mexican-American actor known for his role as Joe Velasco on the long-running TV series Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. Born in San Diego, California, Pisano has successfully portrayed the character of an undercover cop from Ciudad Juarez. Prior to his role on SVU, he appeared in the TV show Coyote and the indie film Ms. Purple. Pisano has also made a guest appearance on one episode of the Law & Order: Organized Crime spin-off. His exceptional performance in the first three episodes of SVU led to his promotion as a series regular. Pisano continues to captivate audiences with his versatile acting skills.
