Olesya Rulin

Olesya Yurivna Rulina is a Russian-American actress best known for her role as Kelsi Nielsen in the High School Musical franchise. Born on March 17, 1986, in Moscow, Russia, Rulin moved to the United States at the age of eight to join her father. She attended West Jordan High School and graduated in 2005. Besides acting, Rulin is a trained ballet dancer and can also play the piano. Before pursuing acting full-time, she worked as a certified nursing assistant and in various retail stores. Rulin has appeared in films such as Private Valentine: Blonde & Dangerous, Flying By, Expecting Mary, and Family Weekend.
