Omi Vaidya

Omi Vaidya is an American actor of Indian descent who has made a mark in Bollywood films. Born on January 10, 1982, Vaidya is best known for his role as Chatur Ramalingam, or 'Silencer,' in the 2009 film 3 Idiots. He has also appeared in popular television shows like The Office and Arrested Development. In addition to acting, Vaidya has directed several short films and worked as a feature film editor. Raised in Joshua Tree, California, he attended the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts and later studied at the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. Vaidya has a deep connection to India, frequently visiting Mumbai and his native place of Goa.
