Omid Abtahi

Omid Abtahi is an Iranian-born American actor known for his roles in various television shows and movies. He gained recognition for portraying Salim in Starz Original's 'American Gods' and Penn Pershing in Disney+'s 'The Mandalorian'. Abtahi has also appeared as Saleem Ulman in Paramount+'s 'NCIS' and Homes in 'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2'. His other notable performances include Justin Yates in CBS's 'Ghost Whisperer' and Detective Jerry Molbeck in A&E's adaptation of 'Those Who Kill'. Born in Tehran, Iran, Abtahi moved to Paris at a young age and eventually settled in Irvine, California. He graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with degrees in advertising and theater.
