Orlagh Cassidy

Orlagh Cassidy is an American actress known for her work on Broadway, off-Broadway, and in television. She made her Broadway debut in 1996 in the play Present Laughter alongside Frank Langella. Cassidy has appeared in various theater productions, including Our Country's Good, Bright Ideas, and The Misanthrope. On television, she is best known for her role as Doris Wolfe on Guiding Light, which she portrayed from 1999 to 2000 and then again from 2001 to 2002 and 2004 to 2009. Cassidy also narrated the TV series Desperate Measures in 2013. Her talent and performances have earned her recognition, including a nomination for the 2007 Drama Desk Outstanding Actress in a Play for her work in The Field at The Irish Rep.
