Owain Arthur

Owain Arthur (born 5 March 1983) is a Welsh actor known for his roles in theatre, film, and television. He gained recognition for his portrayal of Francis Henshall in The National Theatre's production of One Man, Two Guvnors at the Theatre Royal Haymarket. Arthur began his career in his hometown of Bangor, Wales, starring in the S4C series Rownd a Rownd while attending Ysgol Glanaethwy performing arts school. He later trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. Arthur has appeared in various theatrical productions, including Romeo and Juliet for the Royal Shakespeare Company and Comedy of Errors at the Royal Exchange Theatre. He has also made several TV appearances. In addition, he provided the voice for Lofty in the 2018 video game Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom. Recently, he played the role of Dwarven Prince Durin IV in The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power series on Amazon Prime. Arthur is set to portray Nathan Detroit in the upcoming production of Guys and Dolls at the Br.
