    Owen Gerald Daniels (born November 9, 1982) is an American meteorologist and former football player. He played as a tight end in the National Football League (NFL) for the Houston Texans, Baltimore Ravens, and Denver Broncos. Daniels attended the University of Wisconsin, where he played college football. In the NFL, he was a two-time Pro Bowl selection and helped the Denver Broncos win Super Bowl 50. Before his football career, Daniels excelled as a quarterback at Naperville Central High School in Illinois, leading his team to an undefeated IHSA Class 6A State Championship in 1999. He received several accolades and was recognized as a top prospect nationally.
