Paola Turbay

Paola Turbay Gómez (born November 29, 1970) is a Colombian-American actress, model, beauty queen, and television presenter. She gained recognition after winning the Miss Colombia beauty pageant in 1991 and becoming the first runner-up in the 1992 Miss Universe competition. Turbay studied psychology at the Universidad de los Andes before focusing on her career in modeling and presenting. She has appeared in Colombian series such as O todos en la cama, Ecomoda, and Leche. Turbay also studied acting in Hollywood, Florida, and starred in the RCN TV comedy Noticias calientes in 2002. She later became a regular in the third season of the TV series Bosch.
