Parker Stevenson, born Richard Stevenson Parker Jr. on June 4, 1952, is an American actor known for his roles in television shows and movies. He gained recognition for his portrayal of Frank Hardy in the 1970s series The Hardy Boys and Craig Pomeroy in the 1990s series Baywatch. Stevenson was born in Philadelphia and grew up on the Main Line. His mother, Sarah Meade, was an actress, and his father, Richard Stevenson Parker Sr., was an investment advisor. Stevenson initially had no intentions of becoming an actor and wanted to pursue a career in architecture. However, his early exposure to the entertainment industry led him to his successful acting career.
