William Patterson 'Pat' Skipper (born September 23, 1958) is an American television, film, and voice actor. He is best known for his work on popular shows such as The X-Files and Boston Legal. In film, Skipper has appeared in notable roles including Carducci in Hellraiser IV: Bloodline (1996), Mason Strode in Halloween, and Seabiscuit's Vet in Seabiscuit (2003). He has also written a book titled 'The Working Actor' in 2015. Skipper was born in Lakeland, Florida and studied at Florida State University and Yale University. He is married to composer/arranger Jennifer Hammond and they have twins named Jack and Amelia, born in 2002.
