Patty McCormack

Patty McCormack, born Patricia Ellen Russo on August 21, 1945, is an American actress known for her work in theater, films, and television. She began her career as a child actress and gained recognition for her portrayal of Rhoda Penmark in the 1956 drama The Bad Seed, both on Broadway and in the film adaptation. McCormack received critical acclaim and was nominated for an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for her performance. Throughout her career, she has taken on various starring and supporting roles in film and television, including playing Helen Keller in The Miracle Worker and portraying Pat Nixon in Frost/Nixon. McCormack has also appeared in popular TV shows like Magnum, P.I. and The Sopranos.
