Paul Harvey

Paul Harvey Aurandt (September 4, 1918 – February 28, 2009) was an American radio broadcaster for ABC News Radio. He gained fame for his News and Comment segments, as well as his popular The Rest of the Story segments. With a career spanning from 1951 to 2008, Harvey's programs reached millions of listeners each week, with broadcasts on over 1,200 radio stations, 400 American Forces Network stations, and in 300 newspapers. Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Harvey showed an early interest in radio and began working at KVOO in 1933. He continued his radio career while attending the University.
