Paul Rudnick

Paul Rudnick (born December 29, 1957) is an American writer known for his work in both theater and film. He has written several successful plays, which have been produced on and off Broadway, as well as internationally. Rudnick has also made a name for himself as a screenwriter, having penned the scripts for popular movies such as Sister Act, Addams Family Values, Jeffrey, and In & Out. With his sharp wit and humorous writing style, Rudnick has been hailed as one of the funniest stage writers in the United States. In addition to his work in theater and film, Rudnick is also an accomplished novelist, with his latest book, Farrell Covington and the Limits of Style, receiving critical acclaim.
