Paul Kevin Rugg is an accomplished American screenwriter, producer, voice actor, and puppeteer. He has made significant contributions to the field of animation, with notable roles in popular shows such as Freakazoid!, Pig Goat Banana Cricket, and Earth to Ned. Rugg's talent extends beyond voice acting, as he has also written and produced various cartoons.
