Paul Wesley

Paul Wesley, born Paweł Tomasz Wasilewski on July 23, 1982, is an American actor, director, and producer. He gained fame for his role as Stefan Salvatore in the television series The Vampire Diaries, which aired from 2009 to 2017. Wesley also appeared as James T. Kirk in the television series Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, starting in 2022. Born to Polish parents in New Brunswick, New Jersey, Wesley grew up in Marlboro Township. He has three sisters, including Monika Emara, Leah, and Julia. Fluent in both English and Polish, Wesley attended Christian Brothers Academy and Marlboro High School before pursuing theater studies in New York City. He later transferred to Lakewood Prep School to accommodate his acting schedule.
