Paula Newsome

Paula Newsome is an American actress known for her roles in various television series and films. She was born on October 7, 1961, and grew up in Chicago. Newsome developed a passion for acting at a young age and began performing in community theater before making her way to New York City. She appeared in numerous Broadway productions and eventually transitioned into television and film. Newsome has had recurring roles in popular shows such as NYPD Blue, NCIS, Barry, and Chicago Med. In 2021, she took on the leading role of Maxine 'Max' Roby in the CBS crime drama series, CSI: Vegas. Newsome is a graduate of Morgan Park Academy and holds a bachelor's degree from Webster University's Conservatory of Theater Arts.
